HAMILTON, Ohio, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Huff McDermott CRES announced today that it has placed a $3 million dollar loan for Belle Tower Apartments, a 122 unit independent senior living facility with a small retail component. Belle Tower Apartments is located at 631 Woodlawn Ave in Hamilton, OH just minutes north of Cincinnati metro area. The 13 story property built in 1978, consisted of 122 residential units with 2 retail spaces. The residential component of the project is under a senior living housing assistance program with an average occupancy above 95%.

Principal James Huff secured the debt through a local Banking source with an out of state borrower. The borrower had extensive experience in HAP contract properties, as well as senior living. A 5 year fixed loan was utilized to secure the acquisition of the property.
