Huntsman Cancer Foundation Buys Huntsman Corporation Shares
SALT LAKE CITY, May 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Huntsman Cancer Foundation completed the purchase this week of 1.1 million shares of HUN at an average share price of $9.324. The transaction followed a recommendation from its Board of Directors, which had been encouraged by Jon M. Huntsman, Executive Chairman of Huntsman Corporation. Mr. Huntsman also encouraged the trustees of his grandchildren's trusts to acquire 250,000 HUN shares, which they purchased at an average price of $9.065.
