NEW YORK and MONTREAL, July 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - ICBS Ltd., (OTCPK: ICBT),) announced that it has signed non-disclosure agreement with a pharmaceutical firm. The unnamed company hold the licensing for treatment in women's birth control.

The pharmaceutical company hold exclusive Canadian rights for the sale and distribution of a new type of IUD. The new product has been developed by a French company, and has remarkable improvements on current products marketed in Canada and the U.S.

ICBS will act as consultants and financial partners with the pharmaceutical company to open the Canadian market. The company will also enter into talks with several companies in China and the Pacific rim.

The company has recently received approval by the Canadian government for the sale of the IUD in Canada.

Details of the deal will see ICBS as an equity shareholder. The pharmaceutical company also has several other products which could become part of the agreement.
