SINGAPORE, February 9 /PRNewswire/ -- ICIS, a global chemical market intelligence and news service, has appointed petrochemical industry veteran Larry Tan as Data & Analytics Manager, effective 1 February.

Larry Tan will be working for ICIS on a part time basis. He concurrently holds a director position in FuelChem, a consultancy firm he founded in 2008.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the oil & petrochemical industries, most of it spent with industry giant ExxonMobil.

Paul Ray, ICIS' Head of Data and Analytics, said Larry Tan's understanding of the petrochemical industry would be a "tremendous asset" for ICIS.
