ABBOTSFORD, BC, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - ICS Copper Systems Ltd. (ICX:TSX.V) announces that it has completed its non-brokered private placement as previously announced on October 19th, 2009. The private placement consisted of 1,000,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of $100,000. Each unit is comprised of one common share (a "Share") and one full warrant entitling the holder to purchase a common share until March 1st, 2010 at a price of $0.12, until March 1st, 2011 at a price of $0.15, until March 1st, 2012 at a price of $0.20.

The warrants are subject to accelerated expiry if common shares trade at or above $0.35 in any 20 consecutive trading day periods ending after the date that is four months and a day after the closing.

All securities are subject to a hold period expiring March 1st, 2010.

The Company has paid to Cormel Capital LLC a finder's fee of 50,000 shares and 50,000 share purchase warrants with the same terms as above in connection with this financing.

Proceeds of the private placement will be used by the Company for general working capital.
