Imperial Resources, Inc.; SWDF Pipework Progress, Frac Tanks On Site
AUSTIN, Texas, June 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Imperial Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: IPRC.OB, OTCQB: IPRC) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Imperial Oil & Gas, Inc. (together the "Company", "Imperial") is pleased to announce that despite two days of intense rain and the holiday, the Company achieved most of its rebuild goals for the week.
All 6 and 8 inch pipework linking the gun barrel, storage and stock tanks is complete. The two portable frac tanks were delivered this week and are set in position. Planned fiberglass repairs to the frac tanks, the oil stock tank and a storage tank are scheduled for early next week, concurrent with on-going electrical work.
Programming of the pump control sensors and control system will begin this weekend, offsite.
Electrical conduit has been installed to all tanks, save one expected to be completed tomorrow, weather permitting.
The on-going work at SWDF can be viewed at the updated photo gallery on the Company's website at: http://www.imperialresourcesinc.com/pages/projects?id=28.
Once the final work has been completed, the Company will commence testing of the Facility in preparation for starting commercial operations.
The Company is confident it can attract disposal business up to the full operational limit of the SWDF once it is functioning, which the Company believes will provide substantial cashflow.
