(PSI), leader in multicore development software, today announces the next generation of Poly-Templates(TM)/MCAPI, facilitating the adoption and utilization of the Multicore Association's (MCA) Multicore Communications API (MCAPI). Part of MCA's objective is to make the migration to multicore an attainable undertaking based on innovative standards.
Poly-Templates is an Eclipse based, flexible GUI tool that helps developers to quickly take advantage of the industry standard MCAPI, and simplifies the development process by providing MCAPI code templates that are wizard-based, and communications topology aware. The Poly-Templates/MCAPI 2.0 environment improves development time and code quality by significantly speeding up programming and reducing coding errors.
