With the upcoming Cannes Film Festival season and the Marche du Cannes, Land Varied International plans to premiere the International, Independent Film, Bushwick during the Cannes Film Festival season.  In an interview with Global Soul Media, Luis Landivar said, "As an ultra low budget independent film, we are well-positioned to land an international film distribution deal. We hope to leverage our existing resources and continue marketing Bushwick using a Web 2.0 platform ala Paranormal Activity... It has always been our heart and mind's intention to premiere Bushwick at Cannes in May 2010."  The Bushwick Teaser has been seen by over 750k people from around the world.  

With the re-release of A Stray Cat In Brooklyn in celebration of the world premiere of Bushwick during the Cannes Film Festival season, Land Varied International will be concentrating its resources in New York, Florida and California during the month of April and at Cannes in May.  Luis Landivar, the Writer-Director of Bushwick, says, "A Stray Cat In Brooklyn was our first feature-length independent film.  A Stray Cat In Brooklyn will always be very close to my heart.  The story is timeless and speaks to the independent spirit."

Bushwick was shot on location in the industrial core of Bushwick, Brooklyn with an international film cast led by Brazilian, Diego Kelman Ajuz and Dominican-Venezuelan sensation, Yanillys Perez.  In addition to Yanillys' recent trip to Berlin to promote the international film, Bushwick, Yanillys will be attending the National Association of Latino Independent Producers conference in Santa Monica in April.
