           briefing on Capitol Hill titled "Incentives for American Medical
           Innovation - Protecting America's Greatest Innovators."  Political

           explore important changes needed in public policy to support
           America's pipeline of innovative treatments.  The Council believes
           fostering a legal and regulatory environment that protects
           intellectual property is critical to maintaining America's
           leadership in medical innovation and ensuring a continued stream
           of new, life-saving medical treatments.
