reaction we're getting to the introduction of Independence Air is a clear
signal that people are really excited about welcoming a competitive new low-
fare airline to Portland. We've said from the very beginning that
Independence Air would challenge the status quo by creating a new kind of air
travel experience that is fast, easy and always low-fare -- even when you have
to travel at the last minute. Now, starting tomorrow, we finally get to make
 good on that promise."

hub in America by later this summer -- with 300 daily departures. In addition
