Independence Capital Group Changes Name to Comprehensive Financial Group; James E. Reopelle Named President

    SAN DIEGO, Dec. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Independence Capital Group, a
 full-service insurance and financial services firm, has changed its name to
 Comprehensive Financial Group (CFG).  James E. Reopelle has been named its
 president.
     The new name was chosen to better reflect the company's vision and the way
 in which its representatives work with their clients.  Through a
 comprehensive, consultative approach, CFG's financial professionals work
 closely with their clients to help them achieve their most important financial
 goals.
