The Company's Advisory Board will provide guidance on distribution strategies for current and future product lines into various sales channels including specialty and mass market retail channels.  The identified individuals have valuable experience in the placement of consumer products into various retail outlets and will provide guidance on the marketing, promotion, brand development, and logistics required to service those channels.  The Company is currently conducting due diligence on potential Advisory Board appointees and anticipates completion of appointments within the next 30 to 60 days.
