The Company previously disclosed that it entered into a non-binding term sheet to restructure its obligations under a Loan Agreement with its senior lender, Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc. (Nasdaq: HTGC). The Company continues in active discussions with Hercules about this restructuring.
