Ingram Park Nissan Impressed By Latin American Sales Numbers Both Latin America and the Caribbean area posted record numbers as Nissan gears up for new vehicle releases
SAN ANTONIO, April 24, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Ingram Park Nissan, a Nissan dealer in San Antonio, isn't the only place noticing sales picking up. IPAC Nissan is excited about all the promise surrounding Nissan Latin America and the Caribbean (NLAC) as they recently reported an all-time record high for fiscal year sales results. For the fiscal year of 2011 Nissan NLAC tallied a total of 144,057 units sold which is an all-time record for NLAC.
Ken Ramirez, Nissan Latin America's VP and Managing Director, is just as excited as Ingram Park Nissan is, stating that, "Fiscal Year 2011 was a turning point for Nissan in the LAC region with a strong foundation for growth through the launch of innovative new models such as March, Versa and Juke, a focus on brand identity and alignment throughout the region and an enhancement of our dealer network operations for sales and service." This area presents a lot of potential for Nissan especially considering the flood of new vehicles being released late this year and early next year.
As previously discussed, this large sales surge is very promising as Nissan gears up to release several new makes and models in the United States by the end of the year. The 2013 Nissan Altima will lead the charge as it will offer class leading fuel-economy.
