Insurance Conference Provider Opens up Free Seats for In-House Counsel
NEW YORK, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Corporate attorneys dealing with insurance litigation have two opportunities for free legal education and networking next month at programs held in New York and Philadelphia. Both programs are being produced by HB Litigation Conferences LLC, a specialized provider of tort and insurance law programs.
HB Vice President Sharon Boothe said she is making 20 corporate seats complimentary for each program, responding to tightened budgets for corporate training. "We also set up the schedules so attendees can spend more time learning and less time traveling," Boothe said.
The first, titled "Claims Made Insurance Litigation," is taking place on October 7, 2009, at 599 Lexington Avenue in New York. Companies already attending are listed on the HB website: www.LitigationConferences.com.
The "Claims Made Insurance" conference is being chaired by Laura Foggan of Wiley Rein LLP (www.WileyRein.com) of Washington, DC, and Ann Kramer of Reed Smith LLP (www.ReedSmith.com) of New York.
The second program, "All Sums, Reallocation & Settlement Credits," is scheduled for October 21, 2009, at The Hub Cira Centre at 30th Street Train Station, Philadelphia. This unique meeting facility was selected for its convenience for any attorney or executive along the Northeast Corridor, Boothe explained. "You can step off the train and practically into the conference," she said.
Chairing the "All Sums, Reallocation & Settlement Credits" conference are Franklin Cordell, Gordon Tilden Thomas & Cordell LLP of Seattle (www.GordonTilden.com) and Eileen McCabe of Mendes & Mount LLP of New York (www.Mendes.com).
U.S. Legal Support (www.USLegalSupport.com), a leading nationwide provider of deposition and record retrieval services for litigators and companies, is sponsoring both events.
