The announcement coincides with an international expansion of the team that includes the United Kingdom, Australia, and China bringing the team strength to over 30 experienced professionals in Business Development.

Daniel Panitz joins Integreon's eastern U.S. business development team to help grow the business for EDRM, LPO and BPO engagements with law firm and corporate clients. He brings two decades of experience as a corporate development executive, sales professional and attorney in the areas of securities, technology, and commercial ventures. Panitz has worked with venture capital firms and multinational corporations in the U.S. and abroad on development deals, M&A, joint ventures, investments and strategic partnerships centering upon the development of new market opportunities and maximizing investment return. Prior to becoming an attorney, Dan excelled as an assistant bond trader and later as an institutional bond salesperson covering fixed income securities for several prominent investment banks. Dan holds a B.A. in communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco.
Katy Werner joins Integreon's western U.S. business development team and will be responsible for driving continued growth of Integreon's legal services business for law firm and corporate legal clients. Werner brings exceptional sales and client services skills from her experience in managing all U.S. operations and corporate accounts during her time at a start-up legal processing outsourcing business. Prior to her LPO career, Werner practiced law for 10 years in Los Angeles, including more than five years at O'Melveny & Myers, where she specialized in complex commercial, intellectual property and entertainment litigation, as well as internal and government investigations. Werner has a law degree from the University of California, Davis, and received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University which she attended as a National Merit Scholar.
Tom Pagani joins Integreon's eastern U.S. business development team adding over 12 years of experience as a trusted senior level service provider in the field of e-discovery and litigation support. Prior to joining Integreon, Pagani was the co-founder and managing partner of a legal services company that grew to more than 18 offices across the country and was eventually acquired. He has a proven track record of supporting clients across diverse service lines for defensible ESI discovery, forensically sound data collection, document management, and effective hosting and attorney review solutions. He has worked with major law firms and corporations on numerous national and international matters involving complex discovery requirements, and also worked with national financial institutions and government agencies, including the DOJ, FBI and SEC on investigatory matters. Pagani has his Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University.
Donald MacDonald joins Integreon's research division, in a business development role based in Boston. MacDonald brings over 30 years of global sales and marketing experience having worked at some of the leading firms in the information technology industry including Xerox, IBM and EMC. He is a published researcher and formerly vice president and director of research at IDC. MacDonald was employed most recently at RR Donnelley leading their research and analytics practice which delivered solutions in BIS, market research, business analytics, financial analytics, and competitive intelligence. He is also a doctoral candidate at Capella University and is conducting research in sustainable development.
