During Mr. Rickman's tenure at ID, he has helped develop the dramatic expansion in the capabilities of the Professional Services organization and grow his customer base. Specifically, Nathan and his team have been supporting an organization in the United States Executive Department for almost 4 years. In that time, he has overseen and directed a number of enterprise deployments and technology initiatives for four different customers across 10 separate tasks. These efforts have included the deployment of an enhanced office automation environment consisting of enterprise wide e-mail, MetaDirectory, Virtual Directory and unified communication solutions. Most recently, Nathan has been helping his customers respond to a number of OMB mandates including OMB-08-05 (Trusted Internet Connectivity) and OMB 08-23 (DNSSEC) through the consolidation of various gateway services as well as deployments of security related solutions to bring situational awareness to these environments.

Nathan received his Bachelor of Science cum laude in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) magna cum laude in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Nathan is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP) and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE 2003).
