LONDON, Aug. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- International Game Technology PLC ("IGT") (NYSE: IGT) will report second quarter 2015 results for the period ended June 30, 2015 on Tuesday, August 11, 2015.
This will be the first period in which results for GTECH S.p.A. ("GTECH") and legacy International Game Technology ("legacy IGT") will be combined as IGT following the acquisition of legacy IGT by GTECH on April 7, 2015. Results will be presented in U.S. GAAP and U.S. dollars. Pro forma historical data for the combined entity will also be provided.
