Several interns have been hired into permanent positions at the company, while many have found success at other internet marketing agencies in San Diego.  Yichen Liu, a graduate of San Diego State University started as an intern and then got hired as an SEO specialist. Interns are normally full-time students found online through college career services and at internship fairs such as at the University of San Diego, San Diego State University, and the University of California, San Diego.
