 U.S.-based Internet retailer of women's intimate apparel, announced today that
 it has formed a strategic alliance with Easyshop, a leading European Internet
 retailer of intimate apparel and hosiery.
     This alliance will enable each company to offer its products and services
 to a wider range of customers, especially customers who live in areas not
 currently served by each other's websites.  Bare Necessities, through its
