iGuard is a Dual Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF) capturing solution and offers an innovative way to protect customers' personally identifiable information (PII) during calls with contact center agents. When customers input data such as credit card or social security numbers during a call via their telephone keypad, iGuard prevents the customer service representative (CSR) from seeing or hearing the data as it is routed directly to a secure PCI server.
