TORONTO, Nov. 16, 2012 /CNW/ - Macquarie Group Limited ("Macquarie"), announces that as a result of the recent expiration of 11,501,640 warrants, each warrant exercisable for one common share of Bell Copper Corp ( Bell Copper ), Macquarie Group now holds 19,036,820 common shares decreasing Macquarie's deemed beneficial ownership to 10.96% on a partially diluted basis.
