TORONTO, Oct. 9, 2012 /CNW/ - Macquarie Group Limited ("Macquarie"), announces that as a result of recent dispositions and an increase to the issued and outstanding common shares of Border Petroleum Corp. (Border Petroleum) on September 28, 2012, Macquarie's deemed beneficial ownership decreased to below 10% on a partially-diluted basis.
