CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, Jan. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Involta LLC, a Cedar Rapids, Iowa based provider of high availability colocation enterprise data centers, today announced that it has acquired the assets of SolutionPro, a data center and managed services provider located in Boise, Idaho.

Under the terms of the agreement Ron Hetland, current CEO and majority owner of SolutionPro, will remain as President of the organization, which will be operated as a division of Involta.  Reed Disney, current COO of the firm, will remain in place as SolutionPro COO.

SolutionPro is a top-tier provider of data center and managed services in the Rocky Mountain region. The company provides professional IT, colocation data center, and disaster recovery services to enterprises regionally and internationally.
