The new iPic Theaters in the Marketplace at Kirkland Urban, previously known as Kirkland Parkplace, will enable guests to enjoy their movies in ultimate comfort and style with the option of Premium or Premium Plus seating. iPic Kirkland will also feature the world's first patent pending viewing pods. These visionary seating pods — which encapsulate two reclining seats and a cubby in the corner to tuck away small items — feature revolutionary sound absorbing technology and are designed to create an intimate space for viewers to enjoy their movie without inhibiting or diluting sound.
Guests can also enjoy iPic's gourmet chef-driven grab and go and in-theater dining concept, iPic Express. Helmed by acclaimed three-time James Beard award-winning chef Sherry Yard with farm to glass mixology by Advanced Mixologist/Sommelier Adam Seger, Premium seat ticketholders can relax in large, plush leather seats and may purchase their food and beverage selections direct from iPic Express and carry into the theater to enjoy at their seat. The Marketplace at Kirkland Urban, a 1.2 million-square-foot mixed-used project located in downtown Kirkland, is slated to begin construction in Quarter 1, 2016.
