 Components, Inc. (TAEC)* today announced that iStor Networks, Inc.(TM), a
 leading technology provider for network storage controller solutions, selected
 the Toshiba Corporation (Toshiba) 0.13-micron process technology to enable its
 GigaStorATX(TM) storage controller solution for SAN over IP.  At the heart of
 the iStor iSCSI solution is the highly integrated, high-performance iSNP8008
 iSCSI/TCP/IP off-load custom SoC.  The device houses embedded processors
 running a fully featured, integrated Storage Virtualization firmware stack and
 can sustain 10GbE wire speed iSCSI traffic.

 compromised by technical constraints. Toshiba worked closely with iStor to
 provide a turnkey solution that allowed iStor to achieve the required level of
 integration and the high pin counts needed for its product while lowering the
 non-recurring cost.
