It's About Access to Health Care, Not Universal Coverage
ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 1 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Policymakers at both
the state and federal levels are increasingly focusing on the uninsured and
proposals that promise to achieve "universal coverage," in which everyone
has comprehensive health insurance coverage. In this rush to provide
