 performance as catalysts for the moves, Jack Morton Worldwide Chief Executive
 Officer Josh McCall announced today the promotions of four senior executives:

     Laura Shuler is promoted to President, U.S., responsible for all
 operations in the United States including the agency's 10 domestic offices.
 Shuler, who works from the agency's New York office, began her career at Jack
 Morton 16 years ago, serving in several leadership positions during that time.
 Most recently, she was Executive Vice President, Eastern U.S., for three
 years. Among her notable accomplishments in that role has been helping
 spearhead the company's evolution from a leading meetings and events company
 to a 360-degree experiential brand communications agency, which today counts
 Microsoft, AOL, Sports Illustrated and Starwood Hotels among its consumer
 marketing clients.
     Lois Jacobs is promoted to President, International.  Based in Jack
 Morton's London office, Jacobs is responsible for all international operations
 in Europe, Asia and Australia, as well as the company's global Public Events
 practice. A three-year veteran of Jack Morton who joined the agency with its
 acquisition of the communications division of Caribiner International, Jacobs
 most recently served as Executive Vice President, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and
 is overseeing the agency's production of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of
 the 2004 Olympics in Athens.
     Chris Cavanaugh is promoted to Executive Vice President and General
 Manager, New York.  The General Manager of the New York office for five years,
 with an 18-month hiatus steering its shared service lines, as an Executive
 Vice President of the agency Cavanaugh will now also sit on the agency's
 Executive Management Team. He joined Jack Morton 11 years ago, and is credited
 with driving the significant growth of the agency's New York office, in
 particular in the area of consumer marketing experiences.
     Laurence Croneen is promoted to Executive Vice President, Chairman and
 Managing Director, U.K., and Managing Director, France. Managing Director of
 Jack Morton's U.K. operation since 2000, Croneen has overseen its growth into
 one of the leading experiential brand communications agencies in Europe. In
 the past three years, he has escalated Jack Morton's offering to an agency
 that blends both strategy and creativity to support the brand communications
 objectives of its clients. With his promotion to Executive Vice President, he
 joins the agency's Executive Management Team.
