James M. Burke Named Chief Risk Officer of Community Bank of Tri-County

WALDORF, Md., March 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Bank of Tri-County announced today that James M. Burke , Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, has been named Chief Risk Officer. In this position, Jimmy will be responsible for the oversight of the risk management process for the bank and is the executive liaison to the Board of Directors' Enterprise Risk Management Committee.

In his expanded role as Chief Risk Officer, Mr. Burke will be responsible for all risk management efforts, including identifying, assessing and prioritizing risks, as well as developing processes to measure, report and manage such issues.  In addition, Mr. Burke will continue to be responsible for the overall credit quality of the Bank's loan portfolio.
