Jason Somerfeld opens New York's Newest Men's Fashion Boutique - Letter J Chelsea Curated Assortment of Modern Sportswear for the Casually Cool Guy
NEW YORK, July 29, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Fashion retailing veteran Jason Somerfeld is pleased to announce the opening of Letter J Chelsea, the new menswear boutique in Manhattan's Chelsea art gallery district.
Like the galleries that surround the new store, the collections are meant for individuals who appreciate a cool aesthetic that reflects their own individual style. With a discernible eye and a fresh style sense, Jason Somerfeld and the team at Letter J have curated a mix of brands that sit comfortably in the modern, gallery like 1500 square feet of retail space. Stone Island, Etro, Z Zegna, Lucien Pellat - Finet, Freedom Artists and Aviator Nation are some of the exciting and unexpected brands now readily available along with Band of Outsiders.
Somerfeld says, "As I surveyed the premium men's sportswear environment the one thing I noticed that was missing was a boutique that offered guys distinctive style with a relaxed aesthetic. Our focus with Letter J Chelsea was to offer the man who appreciates fine art, food and design the best assortment of clothing choices in New York."
Jason Somerfeld has spent almost twenty years working in the men's fashion industry. His career began in the Executive Training program at Saks Fifth Avenue after graduating from F.I.T.
