NEW YORK, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- J.F. Lehman & Company ("JFL") is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of AIS Global Holdings LLC ("AIS") to Goodrich Corporation ("Goodrich"). AIS, known as Atlantic Inertial Systems, is a leading provider of mission critical guidance, stabilization and navigation products and systems for the global defense market. The company has operations in both the United States and the United Kingdom. The sale price was approximately $375 million, subject to customary post-closing adjustments. An investment affiliate of JFL acquired the business from BAE Systems in August 2007.
