MILWAUKEE, Nov. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- The Directors of Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) have authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share. The dividend is payable January 4, 2010 to shareholders of record December 11, 2009.
