Joseph Mallof Named President and CEO of World Kitchen
RESTON, Va., April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- World Kitchen, LLC, a
wholly-owned subsidiary of WKI Holding Co. Inc., today announced that
Joseph T. Mallof has been named President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr.
Mallof joins World Kitchen from CIBA Vision Corporation where he served as
Chief Executive Officer through three years of sales and earnings growth.
He succeeds James Sharman, who led World Kitchen through a successful
turnaround and positioned the company for long-term growth.

Prior to joining CIBA Vision, Mr. Mallof held a number of key
management positions with S.C. Johnson & Son and has been responsible for
many well-known global brands. Before joining S.C. Johnson & Son, Mr.
Mallof held positions of increasing seniority with Procter and Gamble,
including general management roles in the Philippines and Japan. Mr. Mallof
earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a M.B.A
from the University of Chicago. He will be based in Chicago where the World
Kitchen sales and marketing teams are principally located.
