Joyent Acquires TextDrive
Combines recognized innovators in Web 2.0 team collaboration software and
advanced hosting services to lead the industry shift to network-based
applications.
SAN ANSELMO, Calif., Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Joyent, a provider of
web-based team collaboration software, has acquired TextDrive, an advanced
application hosting solutions provider. The combination creates a company
poised to lead the market in the shift to network-based applications.
