Renowned Chef Jim Coleman, host of the 30-minute television program, will be joined by Chef Richard Chamberlain, author of The Healthy Beef Cookbook, in preparing mouthwatering recipes including Ranch Steak Panini, Chipotle Sloppy Joes, as well as a dessert recipe. Mix Buffalo Wing Sauce and salad dressing. 2. Shape ground beef into four thick patties. 3. Grill burgers 11 to 13 minutes until medium (160 degrees F) doneness, until no longer pink in the center and juices run clear. 4. Place burgers on rolls with lettuce and tomatoes.
