From now until Aug. 31, Frank's RedHot and Beef will feature appetizing
"Summer Grillin'" recipes and helpful grilling tips on their web sites at
http://www.FranksRedHot.com and http://www.BeefItsWhatsForDinner.com. Also,
look for an advertising insert in newspapers nationwide on Sunday, June 18,
featuring a recipe for RedHot Burgers and the savings coupon for Chinet
Classic White or Casual Plates.
Barbecue enthusiasts are invited to tune into the "Flavors of
America(R)" Cooking Show for even more about "Summer Grillin.'" Renowned
Chef Jim Coleman, host of the 30-minute television program, will be joined
by Chef Richard Chamberlain, author of The Healthy Beef Cookbook, in
preparing mouthwatering recipes including Ranch Steak Panini, Chipotle
Sloppy Joes, as well as a dessert recipe. The Cookbook is a collection of
more than 130 delicious lean beef recipes, nutrition tips and culinary
techniques and is available wherever books are sold.
This special "Summer Grillin'" program will also feature Chef Coleman's
tips for outdoor grilling and summer entertaining. The "Flavors of America"
"Summer Grillin'" special is scheduled to air on June 6, June 29, July 18,

Bill. The checkoff assesses $1 per head on the sale of live domestic and

the other 50 cents per head to the Cattlemen's Beef Promotion and Research
Board, which administers the national checkoff program, subject to USDA
Recipe for RedHot(R) Burgers
1/4 cup Frank's(R) RedHot(R) Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1. Mix Buffalo Wing Sauce and salad dressing.
2. Shape ground beef into four thick patties.
3. Grill burgers 11 to 13 minutes until medium (160 degrees F) doneness,
until no longer pink in the center and juices run clear.
4. Place burgers on rolls with lettuce and tomatoes. Spoon Buffalo
Dressing over burgers.
5. Serve on a Chinet(R) Plate.
