She most recently served as senior vice president, human resources at Market Strategies in Livonia, Mich., a global marketing research and consulting firm. 

Ms. Kaczmarek also served as a senior vice president, human resources at Entertainment Publications in Troy, Mich. and regional human resources manager at Tenneco Automotive in Monroe, Mich. 

She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Ms. Kaczmarek holds a master of labor and industrial relations degree and a bachelor of arts degree in communication arts and sciences from Michigan State University. She was recently named to the board of directors for the new masters of science in market research (MSMR) program for Michigan State University through the Eli Broad School of Business.    

Ms. Kaczmarek is a resident of Beverly Hills, Mich.
