ClickSoftware Helps Tire Retailer Fully Mobilize and Automate Scheduling for Commercial Clients' Tire and Wheel Services

Kal Tire, a tire retailer that provides commercial fleet maintenance and roadside assistance throughout Canada, has selected ClickSoftware's cloud-based mobile workforce management solution to automate and optimize its service scheduling, delivery and billing.

Prior to using ClickSoftware, Kal Tire's dispatch team utilized a paper-based system for field work. Now, ClickSoftware's cloud-based solution will help Kal Tire optimize field work for its 700 field service technicians, greatly improving service levels and speeding up time to invoice.

Field technicians can use their devices to capture data for customer invoices that directly feeds into their POS system for timely and accurate invoicing. This automation eliminates unnecessary paper records, duplication of data, dispatch input errors as well as reducing dispatch wait times.
