KLA-Tencor Declares Regular Cash Dividend for Second Quarter of Fiscal Year 2010

MILPITAS, Calif., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- KLA-Tencor Corporation (Nasdaq: KLAC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on its common stock payable on December 1, 2009 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 16, 2009.
