Kool Smiles Thin-Client EHR Initiative named one of the top 100 IT projects in the nation by InfoWorld

ATLANTA, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Kool Smiles received top honors for its "Thin-Client EHR Initiative," with national recognition as one of InfoWorld's Top 100 IT Projects of 2009. Led by Chief Technical Architect, Mark Blomquist, Kool Smiles built a Wyse-based thin-client infrastructure to support the electronic health records systems at 13 new dental offices across the United States. With this roll-out now complete, Kool Smiles has implemented electronic health records across its entire network of providers in 15 states.
