WASHINGTON, Sept. 3 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On Wednesday, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Genachowski released a Public Notice seeking comment on two aspects of the Open Internet proceeding.  

The Labor Council for Latin American Advancement (LCLAA) released the following statement in reaction to the Public Notice:

Resolving this divisive debate will allow and enable efforts to build out America's broadband networks, which, in turn, will help foster economic growth.
