Englman was general manager of the 435 Digital Agency, a national digital advertising and marketing agency of the Tribune Publishing Company with more than 700 clients across all industry sectors. Prior to that, she was general manager of the Tribune's digital circular site, ChicagoShopping.com. Most recently she owned and operated The Flexible Executive, a Chicago-based consulting firm focused on digital and traditional content marketing.
Englman has also served as president and representative director of Harlequin Japan, and as director of international retail business development and global internet development of Harlequin, Toronto.
