To better ensure uninterrupted access, Cincinnati-based LAN Solutions has announced that it is merging with INTRUST GROUP of Chicago, effective immediately. Both companies are leading managed service providers for small and medium-sized companies, municipalities, school districts, and other organizations in their respective cities.

The merged firm will keep the name INTRUST GROUP because the partners felt it put a strong emphasis on "trust."
