Legal Sea Foods Hosts Irish Caucus Night; Congress' Proudest Members Celebrate 'Till the Last Man Stands'

    In celebration of St. Patrick's Day the Boston way, Legal Sea Foods is
 hosting its first annual Irish Caucus Night tonight at its 2020 K St. location
 in downtown D.C. at 5:00 p.m.  Open to the general public, the restaurant
 expects some true and honorary "sons of Ireland" to attend including Sen.
 Reed, Rep. Moakley, Rep. Olver, Rep. Kennedy, Rep. LoBiondo, Rep. Matsui, and
 other popular Hill "Irishmen."
     The menu features green lobster, Guiness and corned beef and cabbage -- of
 course!  The Members of Congress have promised to stay until "the last
 Congressman stands."
