Lehigh Cement Company's Mason City Plant Celebrates
MASON CITY, Iowa, Sept. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The Lehigh Cement Company is pleased to announce its plant in Mason City, Iowa, celebrated 100 years of production with a picnic lunch and a day of activities and fun for its employees, retirees, customers and other key stakeholders on Saturday, Sept. 8. The event was held on the plant's grounds with company executives and local dignitaries in attendance to commemorate the rich history of the Mason City plant and share their thoughts on its significance in the community.

Merlin Bartz, R-Grafton; State Rep. Henry Rayhons, R-Garner; and Mayor Eric Bookmeyer, Mason City, Iowa.
