Lewis Merletti, Former Director of US Secret Service, Joins IPSA's Board of Advisors

    PHOENIX, May 29 /PRNewswire/ -- IPSA International, Inc., (IPSA) an
 international investigative consulting firm, is pleased to announce Lewis
 (Lew) Merletti has joined the firm's recently created Board of Advisors.
 
     The Board of Advisors is tasked with providing advice to IPSA's
 leadership with respect to matters identified by the executive team
 including: the Company's operating strategy and activities related to
 potential Company acquisitions and international expansion plans.
 
     Mr. Merletti is currently the Senior Vice President for the Cleveland
 Browns of the National Football League. He is responsible for executive
 managerial tasks and management of organizational structure, including
 disaster recovery, all facets of security and serving as the liaison with
 local city government officials.
 
     Mr. Merletti is a 25-year veteran of the United States Secret Service
 and served as the agency's 19th Director prior to joining the Cleveland
 Browns organization. In his role as Director, Mr. Merletti was responsible
 for all Secret Service protective, investigative and administrative
 programs worldwide. Other positions he held in the agency include Assistant
 Director-Office of Training and Special Agent in Charge of Presidential
 Protective Division (responsible for protection of Presidents Reagan, Bush
 and Clinton and the First Families). Throughout his career Mr. Merletti has
 gained extensive experience with complex criminal investigations, major
 task force operations and Secret Service counter-terrorist operations.
