Lightning Survivor Featured Speaker at 74th Annual Lightning Protection Conference

 lightning strike survivor and founder of, will be a
 featured speaker at the 74th annual LPI/ULPA conference on March 16, 2006 at
 the Marriott Dallas Fort Worth Airport Hotel in Irving, Texas.  Sponsored by
 the Lightning Protection Institute (LPI) and the United Lightning Protection
 Association (ULPA), the conference will feature presentations from lightning
 protection experts and industry authorities throughout the U.S.

     Utley is an acclaimed presenter and motivational speaker, who has appeared
 in numerous TV weather specials and programs, such as National Geographic, the
 CBS Early Show and NBC's Today Show.  His writings have been featured in
 several publications, including The New York Times, The International Herald
 Tribune and The Cape Cod Times.  Utley was a featured speaker at the recent
 2006 National Severe Weather Workshop in Midwest County, Oklahoma, a safety
 forum for academia, emergency management and NOAA representatives.
