LIM Asia Multi-Strategy Fund Inc. and LIM Asia Special Situations Master Fund Limited Announces Sale of TVI Pacific Inc. Shares
TORONTO, Aug. 27, 2012 /CNW/ - LIM Asia Multi-Strategy Fund Inc. and LIM Asia Special Situations Master Fund Limited (together, "LIM"), announced today that they have sold on the TSX 921,000 common shares of TVI Pacific Inc. (the "Company").
As a result of the sale, LIM currently owns 62,183,356 common shares in the capital of the Company, which represents approximately 9.995% of the Company's issued and outstanding shares on a diluted basis as of today's date.
