announced the appointment of Ryan Tibbitts as General Counsel for Lineo.
Effective immediately, Tibbitts assumes responsibility for Lineo's legal
department. Tibbitts will be part of the company's executive staff and will
report directly to company COO Matt Harris.

influential in aligning the company's legal direction with Lineo's strategic

Tibbitts brings to Lineo more than 15 years of legal experience, most
recently spending six years as president of Snow, Christensen & Martineau.
During his time at Snow, Christensen & Martineau, Tibbitts served on the
firm's board of directors.
Tibbitts holds a bachelors degree from Brigham Young University (BYU) in
finance and a juris doctorate from BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he
was a member of American Inn of Court I and the Natural Resources Law Forum.
He is a member of the American Bar Association and has served as treasurer of
the Utah State Bar's Young Lawyers Division.
