AFGE Housing and Urban Development Council 222 President Eddie Eitches detailed the devastating impact sequestration would have on formerly homeless, low income and disabled individuals and also discussed the council's work with management to negotiate benefits for employees. Joe Gonzales, president of Department of Defense Local 2142, then addressed sequestration's effects on DOD, the civilian workforce and military.
