BOCA RATON, Fla., Nov. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Littlebanc Advisors, LLC(1), a research-centric South Florida-based investment banking firm, sold a privately held Florida education company to Phoenix Strategy Investments, LLC. Details of the transaction were not disclosed. Littlebanc assisted the sellers in developing and negotiating the all-cash transaction.
